Pros

Exposure to different systems and operations that can help you build technical knowledge. Opportunity to gain real-world experience that can be useful for your career growth.

Cons

Employee welfare is not a priority; management is more focused on revenue than staff support. Leave deductions are applied directly to salary. Confusing payroll process, especially with holiday pay and overtime. Micromanagement and inefficient internal processes create stress. Office politics and favoritism can affect career progression and morale. Toxic work culture – some people are not genuine, and treatment often depends on how much they can use you.
