Work culture is pathetic, they follow the slave like culture from the early days. Cause u r not allowed to take breaks with your friends or go to wash room without punching break. The worst thing is that even the managers at documentation service don't know about the work properly, and still they expect you to be efficient. U are always working in pressure that it fine but without getting a proper training in it, things always go heywire. U will loseur mind if u have joined this department. Best of luck

Worst company I have worked for in my working life of . I would say that this is not the company while it is a factory. Upper Management of the company is worst(Arrogant) and this is their favourite game:- THEY WILL HIRE YOU AND FIRE YOU without giving any explanation and don't any valid reason. The worst department is Everest Group (documents services/business enablement services- PowerPoint), and the worst corporate culture (Abusing language, Daily insults - give you insult like DOSE, Politics and manipulations, No future, and Can ditch employees any time) Never go for that, I have worked there, and have felt like hell. too many restrictions and every new week, a new process is introduced and every management level personnel instructions you to follow differently otherwise get ready for Warning Letter, God, you can get warning letter even in small thing (I have over many years of experience and never see this kind of culture). Final Advice: If you are looking for a job for your future perspective; please DO NOT JOIN this company.

The company will provide you good salary on the name of freshers, which is usually higher than other companies and THAT IS A TRAP. once you get the offer letter, very soon you will realize why they're paying you so much even after you are freshers. you will work like an labour. I am writing this much just to let you know what is the condition here for employees. otherwise, who writes this much. No one is interested to write so long still I did this just to save and make you clear very well before joining ask and search as much as you can.

Cons

I have lots of cons I can give you. 1. Company doesn't provide any leave for whole the year even if it is your marriage. you have to take LWP for your marriage also. They will give you only international leaves which you will never get. Only LWP is an option. 2. Management is not gonna help you in any manner, if you complain to a higher authority, it is dangerous to your position (They will demote you) as well as to your job security. 3. Before joining the company, I would suggest taking suggestions from any employee working there or leaving that. 4. Don't join this, no more words to say here.
