1) High expectation on software engineer and application owner to do everything front to back within one team including managing infra, requirements, UX, database, audit support, production support, cloud adoption, new tool adoptions with development, testing etc without separate resources / team 2) Sometimes get difficult to get your voice heard and in some instances things become bureaucratic
