      This is an incredibly toxic work environment. The owner is a bully and a narcissist, always conducting herself in a very unprofessional manner. All employees are expected to work 60+ hours a week and are often times not aloud to use the vacation time they have earned because of her poor management and high turn over rate. I would suggest looking for employment elsewhere.

      The work was complex but interesting.

      Cons

      Was told it would be 10 hour shifts but was minimum 12 hours. Midnights were 8pm-8am which is okay for a little while, but at 5 nights a week it was absolutely exhausting. And everything that went wrong on day shift would get blamed on night shift, so there was no camaraderie. Really toxic environment

      Not working there anymore is the best

      Owner is a narcissist with a lot of issues. Honestly unexplainable how awful it is to be in their presence especially if you aren't their golden children. They play favorites, talk about people behind their back like highschool mean girls. Terrible atmosphere and the fakeness gets OLD quick.
