      Scam company with some attractive perk

      Pros

      You have WFH facility and give some peanuts which call as Benefits like Insurance and WFH

      Cons

      One of the pathetic and worst Management will hire you and tell you that you will be in permanent role and suddenly they will fire you within a month and give some stupid reason that Client cancelled the Contract with the company and they need to fire some of the folks and you are one them. If you think they offer you a good package and WFH.I request to everyone who thinks to apply ,got the offer and joined within a month. I urge you do not fall in that scam because that package and the benefits will be only for some months and they can fire you at any moment of time. Disclaimer: Think before you join in that company

      Kg tiger is the worst company I have worked for.

      Pros

      There is no reason to work at kgtiger. They want growth of the company. All they want is to ruined recruiters life.

      Cons

      There are many downside like management is not proper at all. They remove recruiter immediately with no reason. They have removed from managing position with no reason, they want me out of the company.

      They train you well and respect your efforts. I'm getting annual pay raises and see total value in being with this company.

      Cons

      Sometimes I feel like they don't want me to know the whole situation with where the company is headed. It is a bit disconcerting.
