      Could be a great place to work if they had realistic expectations

      Pros

      The companywide policies are supportive, the benefits are good and the work is important. The employees are all devoted and work extremely hard.

      Cons

      The workload is always too high. Corporate training is extensive but actual job responsibility trainings are minimal. Once you start to feel comfortable something changes.
