Unless you’re wanting to be hired for the discount and the discount only, it isn’t worth working here. The pay is not good. There are plenty of fast food restaurants and retail stores that pay a great wage so don’t waste your time here. You are not valued in this company.

I really do not have any negatives. I have worked in companies that are so toxic that this company has been a breath of fresh air. It's a literal dream job!

Despite the enjoyable product perks, the financial compensation does not reflect the hard work put in, leading to dissatisfaction among the staff. I believe management needs to shift toward fostering a healthier work environment through open communication and a focus on employee well-being. A commitment to fair treatment would improve morale and overall satisfaction significantly.
