I have nothing but good things to share about my experience coming to work at Le Creuset. My interviews before being hired were easy to schedule. Allowing the interviews to be virtual made it convenient for me as I still had a full-time job at the time. After accepting my position, I received detailed instructions on what to do when I arrived on my first day. Upon arrival everyone was very welcoming to me and even had some welcome gifts on my desk. The person training me allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed. I never felt like a bother and always felt like one of the team. I really enjoy working with a group of people that help one another and work together to get the job done. I'm so glad I came to work at Le Creuset in Early Branch.

Love the brand, the product, the store is lovely and the products are very high quality. Our customers engage with the products and with us. It’s a good job, o love my job and I’m very happy to be there I like people, I learned new sales strategies my managers are kind and supportive

Employee discount allows you to actually enjoy the products. Coworkers are pretty great people. Store Managers tend to be good folks.
