      No real pros - terms of employment were very strange

      Cons

      This was a third party hire - their interviewing process was strange, owner is absent for most of the time, any issues must be discussed with him, not with the company you are working with. Benefits were less than impressive, high stress, poor management

      Pros

      None there is no advantage to working here.

      Cons

      Management plays favorites and provides little to no guidance. Work-life balance is nonexistent, with unrealistic deadlines and constant “urgent” requests. Promotions are rare and usually based on politics rather than merit. Communication between departments is terrible, which creates confusion and rework.
