      Pros

      It's the ideal place to be if you are a developer who works 12-hour days, most of the time on weekends, loves challenging tasks, delivers projects quickly and with excellent quality, and appreciates hearing that you don't live up to expectations and company condition is worse so they can give you an appraisal tending to zero only.

      Cons

      1. No growth, no raise, no future for the company,no value in the stock, no IPO plan. 2. Mindtickle is easily in the top 10 right now if a list of the most toxic workplaces in India were to be created. 3. The new leadership is making a lot of effort to justify their high compensation by reducing the bonuses and gross salaries of hard-working employees without any new value addition. 4. Work pressure has increased significantly in some teams, there has been no hiring and only firing, sometimes silently. 5. Not trying to retain good employees who quit due to the toxic culture that developed over the last 1 year. 6. Glassdoor has a lot of fake 5-star reviews, it's best to check the blind post space to have a clear understanding of Mindtickle's future direction. 7. Mindtickle has lost human connection and empathy, now we are just resources that can be easily replaceable if bandwidth utilization is below 110%.

      Pros

      - Salary: its usually at par with what similar startups pay. - Workation: 2 weeks of work. You just do it from a hill station. But a good time to bond with the company crowd if you are into it. Else you can just have a nice time with your family in the evenings.

      Cons

      - Ratings: you will see I am in minority, but I believe that's only on glass door not in real life. I don't know what black magic this is, but it's not the popular opinion inside the company. I encourage you to talk to some REAL developers currently working in the place. - No tech leadership: If you are a tech driven person, you will face disappointment. Yes, you will find a few lone wolves doing their own thing and that's whats thrown in your face, so and so from IIT or Google etc. But as a whole tech is neglected, there is no vision. Unfortunately, I have never heard the CTO speak anything technical or even get involved with any discussions. It's just a get-it-done-till-this-date shop. - Morale: Morale of most teams are all time low. This is the sort of place that preys on insecure overachievers and never values them. You will be constantly told how lucky you are to be in this company where there is someone who left Tesla to be there or some top ranker from some college who came here. It's not a rant, the environment was a little toxic a lot of us. In general, even if you are considering joining, please take a step back and see what you have actually measured and what is simply told to you. They are awesome at marketing i'll give them that.

      Pros

      The idea of the company is really good. Good learning experience.

      Cons

      CTO is extremely arrogant. He thinks people only from tier 1 college are good and has lives in a bubble. He has a mind set that only IITians can be good software engineers. (Told you lives in a Bubble)
