- Horrible line of leadership, rude and disrespectful heads and client managers - Typical client worship culture, clients treat employees akin to slaves and agency knowingly turns a blind eye - Agency refuses to stand up to clients when things go beyond reason, no integrity at all - No work life balance, have witnessed clients calling up employees at odd hours with no regard for boundaries - No processes at all, any implementation done is totally ad hoc and patch work to satisfy the clients that’s all - Repetitive work in most cases is not automated because the respective HODs don’t have the vision to manage their teams -Attrition is through the roof, no efforts made to combat the toxicity
