It’s a very non-friendly company from employees’ perspective. There is not a single employee in the company who will talk good about the company. At the time of joining, they portray a very good image of the company saying the company has many senior people who have worked with very good organisations previously but after joining one gets to know it’s all just for a showcase purpose. Some managers over here can be described as "cruel". They harass women saying unprofessional words, using rough language & in some cases, even touching women employees against their consent. Some managers are so loud on the floor; they assume you are a slave to them. Favoritism prevails big time in the company; one just has to be ready with the butter all the time for that. The ones who actually work have no value here. Mindless hiring & lay-off. No job security. Also, when one resigns from this company they don’t accept the resignation at that time, & after some days they terminate the employee. They don’t follow compliance in the salary structure; they deduct both Employee’s & Employer’s contribution from Employee’s salary. Joining this company costs you a huge setback in your career. Being a current employee of the company I didn’t want to share all this on Glassdoor but the incidents building up over the time have forced me to write the review about the company. I feel ashamed of being a part of such company. I cannot even say the name of my company proudly.
