    This is a close knit company! The people here truly care about other people. The company gives everyone meaningful work and opportunities to grow.

    None that I can think of!

    I have been with the company for over 13 years. I started out as an agent and worked my way up. I love my position and am treated with respect.

    I have been working at NexRep part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    You can set your own hours, wonderful support/management staff, there are a lot of different opportunities. Nexrep truly cares about its agents and shows that by setting you up to be successful. This has been an awesome experience for me. I worked for 15 years in retail and was miserable almost every day. I started working for Nexrep 1 1/2 yr ago and have never been so happy to go to work!

    Cons

    I have not experienced any Cons in regards to working for Nexrep.

    Advice to Management

    My only advice is to keep doing what you do! The management staff with Nexrep is awesome and there to help you be successful.

    Cons

    Uncompensated training - Not a huge issue for me personally but I guess If I had to pick one this would be it. Worth it to be able to have the freedom to pick my own hours.

    I have been working at NexRep full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    It will be 7 years this summer that I walked through the NexRep doors and I have never looked back. From day one, I was treated with the upmost respect. I was listened to, I was challenged. I felt a part of something so special, a company that makes you feel like family. All of this helped me advance within the company and for that I am grateful.

    Cons

    There are no cons for me.

    Advice to Management

    Continue on with the mission statement that helped make NexRep what it is today!

    Pros

    NexRep is a disruptive force in the contact center industry with endless potential. I came to NexRep because of its stability, competitive pay, and a seemingly positive company culture. Working from home is a definite plus. Management is very transparent and honest. They go out of their way to make sure everyone is aware of what is going on in the company. NexRep continues to grow, creating new employment opportunities and employee growth potential. It truly is a great company to work for.

    Keep doing what you are doing and don't lose sight of it as NexRep grows.

    Pros

    The ability to work from home. Great staff for the job I worked and fun environment.

    Cons

    Slow or no calls so I made little to no money.

    Advice to Management

    Don't hire so many people just for short time highs in call times. Over staffing causes people to not make money.

    Being able to work from home is always a benefit.

    Cons

    Taking back to back calls. Dealing with a lot of frustrated customers. The hourly wage was low.
