I have been working at NexRep full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Challenging and rewarding. Fast paced with opportunities to learn every day. You have to put in the effort but the rewards are worth the time. My Boss is the Best!!! Always pushing me to learn more, do better, and move forward. We are so lucky to be ahead of the “work at home” curve. I have been doing this for 4 years and it gets better every year. The current struggles only prove the NexRep model is the absolute best!!!

    Cons

    None, it is truly awesome

I have been working at NexRep full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Easy to get hired on. Hiring specialists are very informative. Have the options of sales or customer service. Work at home positions.

    Cons

Can't get in touch with a live person to talk to about pay, they don't pay you from the start time of certifications. At least one week is unpaid in a class setting. Adobe slows you down and all they can say is clear cache and cookies. Once you're in production, it's hard to get one on one assistance or an answer to a question you may have to assist customers on the phone. Too much information for 2 weeks of certification to be thrown out in production and left to figure it out based on a huge workflow book where searching for the correct info to convey to a customer is overwhelming. They don't return calls to the number posted on their website. Pay is extremely low for the amounts of work you're having to put into everything.
