Pros

Benefits: 401k match 5% Med, Dental, Vision. Pay Competive.

Cons

No formal training. Lack instructor training in a highly specialized Architectural glazing industry. You basically train yourself by searching there website and watching a few basic videos.

Pros

The company is always aiming towards growth. The warehouse and office has a good number of amazing people to work with who can motivate you and you can also laugh with.

Cons

The warehouse hours can be long and demanding, the summers are rough because there is no AC. Training is lacking, you need to have a sense of drive and self motivation to move up in the company but you can live comfortably just being another employee here. It is a little behind on the times when it comes to technology and new trends but they are working to improve on that. You will have to fight for what you think you are worth because no one is going to hand you anything.

Pros

They pay you. It's a job. You will constantly meet new people.

Cons

Company pays below market. Management moves like a revolving door. Training doesn't exist. They preach safety as a buzz word but only practice it when they want an excuse to fire people. Shop conditions are equal to that of a sweat shop. Management mocks and insults employees behind their backs about things like: work ethic, sexual orientation, weight and life style choices. The only way to push "leadership" into doing anything is by calling OSHA. They boast about doing quarterly reviews but barely manage to complete yearly reviews. Constantly "restructuring." "Leadership" will pass the buck to the workers when it comes to failure to meet goals and deadlines. Very poor communication from management. No direction given. Dirty work environment. Encourage you to come to work when sick. Fails to adapt to modern times. Encourages you to come to work sick. You don't have a voice. Management will steal your ideas and give you little or no recognition for them, Employee of the month/quarter program is a joke and has often been awarded to people in management roles. Fails to follow corporate initiatives. Boasts about promoting from within but constantly hires from the outside. Fails to even post opportunities to current employees first and if you do manage to hear about a new position you are often stonewalled from being promoted. Diversity and Inclusion doesn't exist.

Pros

there are literally no positive reasons to work for this company in my experience

Cons

Poor management with no idea how to even run a business. Never keeps parts in stock. Wait's until machine malfunctions or someone breaks something to order parts, so there's always a machine down. Absolutely no consequence for Customer Service entering orders wrong. Communication is a word absent from management's dictionary. A once a year evaluation for around a 2-4% raise and you start off making scraps as is. Health conditions similar to that of a third world country. Management pretends saying the word "Safety" is the same as practicing it. Over a 90% turnover rate (peaked at 95% a while back) for awful work conditions relevant to pay. Training is a word absent from managements dictionary. After about a week of being here (no training) you are more or less considered to be a veteran of this facility and expected to do your job flawlessly with consequences for messing up. The list goes on for what seems like forever, but I'm tired of typing now so I'll end here.
