- Fast-paced environment; Products are built and released quickly and regularly - Many opportunities to learn, especially for freshers - Lots of great perks and benefits
Cons
- Having to work on Saturday morning - High turnover rate. Many employees are leaving, including those in middle and upper-middle management levels. - As a result of people leaving, lots of internal promotions having been happening. Some of them are good, but many others lack experiences in management and leadership. An indirect consequence of people leaving is also title inflation. People rise up fast to earn new titles to put into their resume, then leave for a better job. - No clear business strategy from upper management. Not sure how the company is going to proceed from here. Just chaos all around. Feels like OM is more of an experiment than a serious business effort.
