Pros

-I learned so much the 2 years I worked for the company. The CEO John is a little outspoken and intimidating at first, but he became one of the best coaches I've ever had, not to mention a good friend. John and Prime Time teach you skills that are necessary in the business world such as management skills, leadership, sales and how to be a big part in a small but growing business -You will never work in a more positive work environment -The networking possibilities of this company are ridiculous, in a good way -Travel opportunities! I was interested in traveling throughout the country. I would set goals with management and In the two years I worked for the company I got to work out of 13 different cities; including New York City, Boston, Miami, Nashville, LA, Denver and more -management and coworkers TRULY care about your growth and success, always offering to go out of their way to help

Cons

-The starting position is Business to business sales, I don't know too many people who are fond of that. However, I debated putting that on the pros list. I KNOW that sounds ridiculous, but I highly recommend B2B to everyone. The personal and professional growth you receive from the experience is forever rewarding. Not to mention, you don't have to be in the sales position for too long if you do the right things and do your job well. The CEO John even started in the entry level sales position and was already in a management position within a few months - The job is time consuming, but necessarily so. If you're just trying to find a job to show up and collect your paycheck, this is not for you. If you're trying to move up in an excellent company and build an amazing career for yourself, the long hours are easily worth your time. -it's 100% commission (however that might be different now). When I first started this was the scariest part to me considering I had never done sales and I didn't see commission as a reliable source of income. Those fears quickly went away after I realized that the clients that Prime Time represents are the best in the industry, so as long as you work hard and do your job, your pay is consistent and reliable. It also doesn't hurt to be a reliable member of the team. After about 9 months being in the business, I had some personal things come up, and at the time I wasn't spectacular at separating my personal life from my professional life. An entire week went by where I didn't make a single sale, and being that it was 100% commission, no sales for a week = no pay for a week. Management wouldn't just do this for anyone, but since I was a reliable member of the team and always worked hard and tried my best, management still paid me the amount that I was used to making, out of his own pocket.

Pros

This is a business to business sales jobs which is a very tough and challenging to make money. I gained great sales experience from it.

Cons

100 % commission job. You need to use your own vehicle and pay for the gas as well. I was a senior sales rep and I interviewed close to 40 people. We were told by management to tell the interviewees that they can make up $700 to $1000 per week. I was one of the top sales rep and I was averaging 350 per week and I had to pay for my gas and drive my own car. Management is very poor. Their only source of motivation they provide you is that if you get to the ownership position you can make up to $100k plus. While I was there, I met good amount of owners that failed miserably and went back to be a sales rep. I was there for eight months, during that time, They hired close to 60 sales rep and only 3 of them stayed more than 5 months and rest left within day, weeks or first month. The reason I stayed with them for eight months was because I was a recent college grad I wanted to find a good job before changing jobs and really didn't want to put a job gap on my resume.

Pros

Easy interview That's the only pro I have and this section is 20 word minimum...

Cons

You don't get paid for training. You spend more money on gas than what you make. Very unprofessional You can get a base pay but I never once got it. Personal advice- Don't waste your time or money.
