Senior management lacks the competence and structure needed to run a professional operation, and it creates consistent issues across projects and teams. The COO, in particular, does not demonstrate the level of leadership expected for that role in a well-run company. The business model is built on undercutting competitors rather than delivering real value, which impacts both employees and clients. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company altogether.
