If you like being ripped off, taken advantage of, and spit out, this is your place!!!! COO is just awful. Last 3 weeks-11 layoffs, lives shattered, which spurred an absolute gem of a Sales Manager to resign, then the #1 sales producer leaves. As the #2 producer, I was let go, via text, two days after bringing a 3.3 million dollar self gen in. No worries, I saved it. Proformance won’t see a red penny from that project. But they did steal numerous other commissions (only 4%-lowest in the industry) on all outstanding jobs. True trash. The company is sliding into oblivion, the culture is one of angst, anxiety, no help whatsoever, owners that never responded or answered the phone when needed to assist a deal being signed. Not one time. The health insurance offered after months of waiting was double (x2) what you can get via self paying. Garbage. Quality installers have all left. Problems on every installation. Lowest quality installers money can buy. They had issues on every single install. Dumpsters not being picked up, damaged roofs, sophets, gutters, some type of damage or issues on every single installation. When you hire the lowest price installers, and charge the highest numbers for white glove service, you will look like a fool to your clients.
Cons
They will use you, and once you ramp up and are owed a lot of money, you will be let go without explanation. They will then call the cops on you, try to have you arrested, and sick their lawyers on you with threatening language, to not say or do anything (like I’m doing now) or I will be sued. Vile company biz practices. There is no management. Just 3 juiced up partners, who prey on the weak, and take advantage of the strong.
