- Working with an incredibly talented and personable team solving complex challenges within some of the most prestigious businesses in the world (either through capability or capacity) - Delivering a high quality service to our clients, consistently, where QR are seen as a partner, not a 3rd party - Seeing the impact of the work and often being the difference between a product launching on time or not - Company culture is both well defined and protected by those who value it, even post an acquisition 7 years ago

Nice people. Good, motivated young workforce with a lot of excellent talent and desire to truly be good at their job. A lot of personable people. Being ambitous and hardworking does get you for if you have strong PR as well.

Cons

Few bad eggs who are out for themselves, or give that impression. Often leadership people who have been promoted due to their drive but have lost their ability to be good humans. Promote fairly well but a bit of hoop jumping is in place for HR to reject a few unnecessarily - slightly frustrating and don't recognise that not everyone is perfect in an interview (I am one that can be so this is recognising some of my peers that haven't been promoted but deserve it as much as I do [I have]).
