      Pros

      Management is fantastic. Staff is super talented, friendly, hard-working. The CEO is very people-oriented so his vision for the company is all about attracting the best talent and keeping them happy through great benefits, fun company activities and just encouraging and nurturing a spirit of sharing, cooperation and person enrichment.

      Cons

      The marketing department is quite busy, always struggling to get ahead of things, because the company is growing so quickly.

      In my short time here, I can say I am truly grateful. The organization is full of intelligent and thoughtful employees, including great leadership. The culture is truly visible well before getting the rundown of RainTech's core values.

      Pros

      The company creates a welcoming and supportive environment. I felt at home from day 1. Leadership is approachable, benefits are excellent, and they support professional growth and work-life balance.

      Cons

      Transitioning from remote to in-office was an adjustment for me personally when I started here. The office environment is great it just took some time to get used to after so many years at home.
