Long hours, no one takes responsibility for mistakes. Always looking to point fingers instead of taking proactive measures. They have no regards for your opinions and have 0 respect for their employees. Do not take an offer with them - you WILL regret it.

Revolving door/insane turnover. In busy times, they seek out, hire, and shamelessly promote the new hires on LinkedIn knowing that they will then let them go when things slow down. I wish I had listened to the many people who told me not to go here. They just do not care about their employees. Additionally, this did not happen to me but I saw first hand how they fire entry level paralegals for making mistakes when the mistakes are happening because they were just thrown in and not trained properly.
