Everything is a con. They lack support for employees, they lack dedication and any kind of support. They constantly say one thing then lie about it. There's no right or wrong, just their way. You don't get a chance to defend yourself even if you're right. Technicians are always on strike, cause they are union. This location is racists and discriminate about everything. Definitely dont believe in diversity, if you're a female, your knees will get you places, fast. Honestly, if youre working with Ryder, quit like the other higher ups did and other employees. On the surface, they suck you in, but then they screw you over. Go work with their vendors instead, wolverine.. International...etc

Role scope creep, Poor documentation, chaotic environment, Limited governance, Position instability, limited access to upper management who is not aware of middle management actions.

Upper management listens to your ideas and then takes them and twists them as their own. But overall, it's a good company to work for.
