1.Monthly 2 Saturday's are working. 2. Some times you have to spend more hours to deliver your project. ( It's happens in almost all firms) 3. You will get scolded in front of everyone if any mistake done from your end.

1. I have been at this company for almost 3 years now and have seen lots of changes and growth. 2. If you are eager to learn and good at what you do - you will grow very quickly and be given lots of responsibilities and growth opportunities. 3. Promotions are given quickly as long as you are willing to take on responsibility and deliver. 4. Appraisals are much higher than industry standard 5. Freshers are given their first appraisal at 6 months and then again at 1 year! 6. I started my career as a non-security person and have now moved onto a senior role in a bank. All of this is because of the amount of exposure and training I received at SB. 7. Their audit process and tools are incredible and the work done is much better than other security companies.

1. When I started it was a small 10 person company and there were lots of challenges with centralization of power, delays with salary etc. However as the company grew, they have made huge improvements and things are much better now.

No work life balance - You are expected to work for long hours without any compensation in return irrespective of day(s) It feels like you are working in a factory as a labor, everybody is pretty stressed out all the time. They consider employee as just resource and less of human. Too much work load, delay in everything. Most miserly company I have worked with, run by owner cum CEO. One guy rules the company, HR doesn't have power to do anything. HR policy totally nonsense and the salary structure too. Low salary compared with similar experience in other company. Takes advantage of weak employees. Holiday issues. If you are going home for an emergency your salary will be deducted and the interesting part is you will not get paid for Sundays, they calculate salary for only working days. Don't expect anything from the company. Don't believe on anything even if they give it on written paper.
