      - Can't think of any pros as company is really not good.

      Cons

      -They Don't value fresher's. -If you are good in buttering / boot licking the Senior Employees then you are the right fit n you will reach your goals very fast. -This is one of the awful company on staffing, they don't know how to run a company. Management doesn't know how to speak with the employees. I would recommend not to join this company. - No security for job in this company. - Dumb Noida HR

      They organise Fun Friday every Friday BDMs & Managers get to play a lot of carrom board.

      Cons

      The policy of this company is Hire and Fire. No job security whatsoever. Old employees (6+ years) won't let you survive if you don't lick their boots. Salary here is worst in the whole industry
