Exec. team has drove the company into the ground. The CEO continues to make poor business decisions that will eventually bankrupt the company if it hasn't already.

- Got to work with some of the most talented people around - Lots of technical challenges to tackle - High flexibility in terms of what team/product you get to work on - Ability to work remote
Cons
- Benefits are mediocre (no 401k) - Pay could be a lot better (only receive 2 raises in the 4 years of working there) - CEO has no clue what to focus on - Numerous profitable projects were killed for no apparent reason. Really frustrating considering all the engineering time and effort that was put into them
