Kpi set not consistent could change anytime they want

While some departments seemed to receive more opportunities and recognition than others, I believe in the importance of consistent, unbiased treatment for all employees. I’m seeking a work environment where hard work and results are the primary factors for growth and advancement, rather than favoritism. There’s a lack of transparency and fairness in the advancement process. If you're not connected to certain people in leadership, it's harder to move up despite performance.

Small groups of people will start complaining in circles and create a pool of toxicity... then write reviews about the work environment being toxic.

Working on weekends, hard to apply leave because they have 2 people only in this department

- Your coworker hates you for doing better than them - They use whatsapp desktop and hate you for using your mobile for it - Your lead dares to tell you "better chow" - Unprofessional and gossipers

- Leaders with unrealistic expectations and not much coaching provided to their players - CEO is super ego and not willing to admit on mistakes he committed - If your expertise is shoe-licking, you will love working here as the leaders will love you too
