You are expected to work and answer chats from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with limited flexibility in this schedule.
So many bugs in the technology, and management is almost entirely focused on releasing new features, so it is hard to provide support with so many issues impacting customers
Not really any growth opportunities
It could be a con or a pro, but a heavy drinking presence, especially in the sales team
