Each Treehouse facility is unique. Upper management seemed to be disconnected from lower level. Communication was disjointed. Every decision was about cost. No consideration regarding employee and how changes affected the employee. Not the worst food company but definitely has their challenges.

Upper management (corporate level) is more incompetent than anywhere I have ever been and shows absolutely no leadership or vision.

Upper management is unreliable for hourly employees

Poor management, upper management team will not listen to lower management or any hourly employee suggestions to the point hourly employees don’t want anything to do with management above Supervisors, HR is not trusted by most in the plant, Safety is a constant joke about the bottom of people’s shoes, high turn over rate of supervisors and hourly’s, culture has not improved under current management that have been there 5+ years. Managers are hypocritical and hold grudges when employees don’t see eye to eye with them. Continuous improvement is going backwards.

This is an operations and finance organization, not a marketing organization. Upper management causes swirl. Not a place I would ever go back to.

Too many upper management changes with constantly evolving unrealistic “asks”. Promotions doled out to keep people rather than to those actually qualified.

Change averse culture. Lack of direction / strategy from mid-upper management
