Leadership changed the their goals causing financial issues resulting in a "bad" 2024 when in reality the company had enough money to purchase several companies, buy back stock, and still have enough money to pay leadership bonuses while pointing to poor performance for why everyone leadership stepped on did not get their bonus.

Pay is not aligned with current market. Disconnect between corporate initiatives and site needs.

The organizational leadership is poor. It's all egos and bluster. Every problem is someone else's fault. They don't follow or use their corporate values.

You are a number on a spreadsheet. The company will take and take and abuse people, and then leave you hung out to dry. Do not try and be a team player, only prioritize making yourself look good because that’s all that matters. Getting the job done comes second to the appearance of getting the job done and following a failed process. Upper leadership is tone deaf and unwaveringly ruthless and rude. Company shut down facilities with little notice while lying to employee’s faces about the rumors.
