Not much just usual plant stuff( people keeping tabs on you strangely)

MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..

Hard to advance if you don't know the right people

poor senior management, no focus on business and people

Can't think of anything....I miss working there!

None very good place to work

Company constantly changes softwares and processes that causes constant mayhem, stress, and confusion. They need to do a better job of coming up with one process and then refining it over time
