      Pros

      - Supportive teammates - Medical Card - Good support from parent company team members - Explore your own opportunity (depends on manager)

      Cons

      - 10 work need to be done by 1 person with a minimum salary. - Low bonus & increment - 6 days working - Annual leave need to explain as details as you can, no privacy -Management meeting to discuss about you (should discuss on how to improve their management skills) - Gossips - Politics - At least 2-3 employees resign per month - Less of trust - Retrenchment due to Covid-19 - No professional/career growth.

      Good for fresh graduate, then it becomes mundane

      Pros

      If you are a fresh graduate, then this is a good company to start. You get a lot of exposures to principal, sub-contractors and dealing directly with Oil and Gas clients. Colleagues are very supportive, nice and cheerful.

      Cons

      Very lack of engineering and design skill. If you want to be a "real" engineer, then this will become a barrier for your career. Most of the time, company knows nothing about engineering, and just subbed the job to sub-cons and suppliers. You can climb to Senior Engineer, but eventually it is just Sales Engineer position with more responsibility.
