I have been working at UBS full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Lots of Growth and Opportunities, Flexible working hours, Very good office infrastructure, Very good work life balance and really good work culture

    Cons

The Canteen needs to improve a bit. Sometimes too much focus on cost cutting. Otherwise, a really good company to work with.

    Advice to Management

IT infrastructure needs improvement and Fixed compensation hikes need to be improved a bit.

    Pros

To be honest nothing is good at all.

    Cons

I am working in UBS from more than one year and this is my review based on my experience. Worst place to work. Worst infrastructure. Worst canteen. No dinner facility for second and night shift people. No parking place for employees for two and four wheeler. Two people sits at one desk very congested. Facility staff is not helpful. Everyone uses VM machines so performance is very very slow. Even MS Word takes more than 5 mins to open and save document. Pathetic experience. Everyone will have to work in UBS in second or night shift.

    Advice to Management

Make note of above cons and need to improve on lots of areas..

    Pros

No reasons apart from the salary they offer. Rest are only cons.

<Had to write something to complete 20 words>

    Cons

Completely old school people leading teams. Have no idea of new technology and practices. Expect junior to do things the same way they have been doing. No processes in place in most of projects.

Damn expensive food for the amount and quality. Poorly built office interiors. Lockers are far away from desks. Zero recreational options. Located in middle of nowhere with a Jail in front and a mental hospital besides. They probably recruit senior folks from there.

    Advice to Management

Improve the food. Let people eat without burning a hole in their pockets.
