I have been working at UBS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very stable setup with legacy banking capabilities. Good infrastructure and financial strength

    Cons

Leadership is uninspiring and lacks in motivation. Wrong place to work for a digital career , as still figuring out how to do basic things like updating websites. archaic processes and dull thinking leads to slow changes. There setup in Airoli, mumbai is a Digital factory and all they want is people to manage tickets.

    Advice to Management

Be transparent to employees and don't make claims that you pay better. Money cannot buy culture and talent, if you can't do inspiring stuff.

    Pros

UBS has very open culture. Enough freedom is given to you to work in way you like. Flexible hours. Work for home option helps especially for women. Overall nice place to work.

    Cons

More of permanent staff than vendors will help further improve work culture

I have been working at UBS full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Employee centric company policies is a definite plus. But unfortunately most of these policies are only on paper. Very good pay master

    Cons

Leadership and Management. The less said, the better. Wait for Feb-March and unless you do something about it real quick, you will hit the highest attrition rate in the industry

    Advice to Management

Instead of automation and robotic, just conduct a simple audit of the work done by the various IT streams and the teams within. You will be able to reduce manpower by a good 10-15%. A lot of work done here is absolute rubbish and can be eliminated right away.
