Pros

Excellent learning opportunities with strong exposure to diverse technologies and processes. Supportive team culture, collaborative environment, and good emphasis on employee upskilling through trainings, certifications, and internal initiatives. Management is approachable, and work-life balance is generally well maintained.

Cons

Some processes can be further streamlined as the organization continues to scale. Occasional dependencies between teams may slow down decision-making, but improvements are already in progress.

Pros

Company can loot hardworking employees

Cons

Important for new joiners. They hide this in offer letter and in induction. Please read fully. Due to this, I've personally helped people take better decisions than joining UST after recieving their offer letters. Note that they force you to have 10% of your salary as variable pay and even if you bargain it to 5%, you'll lose a good amount of money you worked for. Variable pay policy at UST is set in such a way that they pay you the variable pay for Jan to Jun in October, and from July to Dec in next April. And if your last working day is either a day before 31st October or 30th April, they'll not pay you that (YES, ONE DAY). And that one day is not even in the performance bonus period. It's usual for companies to pay out variable pays after the performance cycle(half yearly here). But the previous companies I've worked for pay you the variable pay that they owe you even after separation. And that's how it should be done when the company and its CEO keeps announcing 'Employee fairness's in emails and even on social media. Also, if you joined the middle of a performance bonus period, they'll count the number of days you were not a part of the company in the period and reduce the variable pay. This is what is expected but just writing it here to show the way they are adjusting policies which are unfair to their employees. And none of this is informed while you join, hence you join them expecting fair treatment from the experiences from your previous employers. And later understand this scam. To be honest, they're just looting money from their employees. And their HR doesn't even have an explanation to this. UST always approach these queries with corporate stonewalling, with terms like 'its our policy, might not align with individual expectations'. They might even do the same under this post shamelessly to make it look like they care about feedbacks. But they don't. Stop preaching employee fairness or atleast put efforts in learning it from companies that share a wall with you.
