      Pay is solid, end of year bonuses, lots of opportunity for overtime Clear expectations to be punctual, accurate, safe, & productive Really good training program Indoor gym with showers, walking trail, & quarterly events

      Cons

      Poor management: micromanaged more than necessary, unfair standards & favoritism, high stress environment You will gave to perform daily, productivity & accuracy are measured Limited growth potential: expect to do mostly the same thing for years & years unless higher ups happen to really like you They love write ups & they do fire, so this is only built for the best & it's easy to feel overworked here

      Learned a lot. Good early career job. Exhausting doing the same thing all day long, but builds a strong work ethic.

      Easy to burn out. No professional development unless you're management
