      The best organization to work. Wonderful work culture. Great place to learn. An university to learn. A heaven for newcomers.

      Cons

      Excel sheet performance always gets the first priority.

      Highly disappointed & frustrated. Might resign any day now !!!

      Pros

      - Good exposure to various business processes - Lot of responsibility & power to execute

      Cons

      - Leadership absolutely non-inspiring. - Non existent org culture & inclusion. Never felt part of this company. - Unnecessary/unfair bias towards IIM/SPJIMR/NITIE recruits even after 2-3 years of working. Performance, & not pedigree; should be the yardstick for evaluation & opportunities. - Too much emphasis on generalist style of management without knowing even basics of underlying technology. No wonder vendors/consultants are taking the company for a ride. - Hiring sub-standard talent in the name of diversity.
