Pros

There is many opportunities to become a manager at stores around you. You just have to prove you're a hard worker during your associate years.

Cons

Not much PTO, the accrual rate is very low.

Pros

Before they changed the store manager, time off was pretty much guaranteed and no one bothered me while i worked.

Cons

Once they changed store manager time off was rarely allowed and everyone started hating their jobs.
