Pros
- great team - awesome management. No micromanagement - excellent work-life balance - market competitive salaries ( compare to other startups ) - the company is growing quickly
Cons
The the quick growth led to disorganization. I know they started working to fix it. However it is common for any startup company.

Pros
- Good place to learn the basics to digital marketing - Team members are fun and genuinely care about you, which is what I enjoyed the most about Webstreak - Collaborative environment where team members are willingly to help if you are overwhelmed or unsure of something - No micromanaging - Good work/life balance - Free snacks and coffee
Cons
- Very obvious disconnect between Sokal and Webstreak employees, which can make joint events awkward - Low pay for industry - Working with AEs can be really frustrating especially if they have very little knowledge of digital marketing - No structure for promotions or raises - Work can be monotonous
