Pros

Pantry filled with snacks, microwave is available, Medical benefit, Supplement products benefit, optical benefit, work life balance

Cons

Very hard to find parking, management won't listen to suggestions, bosses drawing "biscuits" everywhere just to keep the employees thus leading to limited career growth. Company striving to be at the top but management in the company is still sticking to the old ways, you will see preferences on certain people because they kiss up to bosses, if you don't, then too bad for you. HR is always at the gossip front line like 5g Internet speed. They will ask EVERYWHERE to dig up your personal life if you were seen too close with another employee. Can't even discuss about salary with other employees because guess what, when HR finds out they will warn you not to discuss such 'private and confidential information' like what is so P&C if you are getting unfair salaries. HR will tell you if you perform well you get such to such increment, only to find out at the end of the day, everyone is getting the same increment even when you're the best performer in group. Low pay as well, no need to hope for increment based on what I have just stated earlier. Very limited career growth because at the end of the day, you will find yourself very tired in dealing with people instead of work. Departments will throw blame here and there and ended up nothing gets done. Then when things don't go their way, they start merging the departments, leaving no independency of department. I mean it's a great place for you to hang around with young vibrant colleagues, but when it comes to career growth this place is a huge NO.

Pros

Colleagues are great and supportive of each other.

Cons

When the company needs you, your boss and HR will speak highly of you. But once you've completed the task, they’ll tell you your work wasn't good enough, and you won’t even be given opportunities for a raise or promotion. Strategies change based on their mood, with no formal system. For example, the KPI criteria can suddenly change. Initially, you might have qualified for a trip after one year, but then they suddenly say you need to work for two years. They love holding meetings. We've had meetings for several consecutive days discussing the same topic, yet no conclusions were made. Town Hall Meetings are even more absurd. They can go on for 2-3 hours, with executives boasting about their achievements and giving motivational speeches. By the end, I walk out feeling like an empty shell. They love assigning last-minute tasks without clear explanations of the scope. On top of the last-minute nature, their instructions are vague, which leads to major communication issues. The company is divided into two types of people: those who work hard and those who spend their time hanging around the coffee machine, walking around pretending to be busy when they’re really not. HR often leaves you speechless with how they handle things. They don’t solve problems, nor do they fight for the benefits employees deserve. When you ask them to find solutions, they just shift the blame. This is honestly the worst HR department I’ve ever encountered.

Dont Work Here

Pros

Nothing good comes out of this place

Cons

No clear direction. No solution or guidance for supervisor/ manager. Throws work at you with no clear instructions and expect it done ASAP. (never provides timeline when task given) Top management is rubbish, they themselves have no direction, don't know what they are doing, and expect us to know what we are doing. There is one top management CANNOT see anyone outshine her, once the person is doing better than her she will do whatever she can in her power to micromanage and demotivate the person. (borderline mental abuse) There is no career progression here unless you fan these top managers. The turnover rate is very high.
