      Pros

      -Can wfh for any reason -Rarely OT -The main boss never fire employees unless you make him mad -Another good boss knows a lot about program and design, you will feel comfortable to communicate with him

      Cons

      -The main boss know nothing about program and design but he always raise out useless opinions and force you to agree with him; -If you are hired by another good boss, you're lucky; If not, RIP; -High proportion of impolite clients; -Nonsense "team building" -When main boss interview candidates, he asks everything but the resume

      Pros

      -Nice colleagues -If you are a person who loves work, this job is suitable for you. You may have work anytime 24 hours a day

      Cons

      -Even if you take sick leave(no pay), your boss will ask you to work -The boss will not recognize the employees' efforts -Many unnecessary policies -No team building -The only company I worked for that didn't have a welcome lunch -Very Poor equipment affects work efficiency -The boss will personally attack the employee and call him stupid
