Pros

Team is awesome, office is nice, sales managers are really helpful

Cons

Senior management is a major problem. Their way or the highway, seen turnover in head of sales 3 times in a year 2 new head of SDR. Massive turnover in SDR after a disastrous change in commissions

Pros

Great culture (we all have shared trauma)

Cons

The managers are being told to write good reviews, don’t believe any 4-5 stars you see (in typical Eftsure fashion) - Will lie to you at all costs to protect bottom line and keep you employed longer so they can squeeze any ounce of productivity (and dignity) you may have - No healthcare, no benefits AT ALL - This place was once the place to be. It’s a shame where it’s gone - I estimate I saw 100+ sdrs churn in my couple years there - Some AEs have massive egos even though they can’t sell just being honest Managers are interviewing elsewhere, stratops are all leaving to competitors, SDRs stay 3-5 months and AEs aren’t closing deals. Fairwork needs to do an investigation of this place (lying to employees to keep them in the seat) Genuinely a great place to make coin for 2-3 years but business has put in every thing possible to stop this (lowering OTE by up to 40k for tenured reps, raising targets with stricter qualification criteria, capping lead research, giving special privileges to some sdrs) The drums are beating Eftsure, the bad work is spreading about how you treat people and conduct business in bad faith.

Pros

Management is genuinely invested in your career growth — they provide the guidance, resources, and support needed to progress and get promoted. The product sells itself. It solves a real problem, which makes conversations with prospects much easier. Targets are realistic and consistent — no moving goalposts or unattainable quotas. Commission structure is strong and rewarding. Frequent SPIFFs that keep the team motivated and add extra earning potential. Flexible work-from-home policy that actually respects work-life balance. Activity expectations (dials, outreach) are reasonable — it's a results-driven culture, not a micromanaged one.

Cons

Pressure can ramp up at times, but that comes with the territory in any sales role. It's nothing out of the ordinary.
