In May, AST CEO Pravin Kumar visited our offices in Pune, India for vital face time with our offshore teams and an all-hands Town Hall meeting to provide updates and direction for the promising future of AST. While on-site, Mr. Kumar spent time, one-on-one, with AST’s Offshore Senior Vice President, as well as Practice Directors and Managers, to discuss AST’s business strategies and roadmap to meeting organizational goals, as well as challenges and the solutions to address them. Mr. Kumar delivered the important message of driving positive change and generating exceptional performance and customer value as AST’s Global Delivery Center. At the Town Hall meeting during the day, Mr. Kumar shared important company updates, then opened the floor for employees to ask questions. To conclude the Town Hall meeting, an awards ceremony was held to recognize champions within our organization for their consistently stellar performances. As a surprise, Mr. Kumar also presented 3 randomly-selected employees with trips to the US to attend AST’s Annual Meeting and Celebration in January 2020!

Leadership Skills Training Program at AST India AST India conducted a one-day classroom training program on Leadership Skills on 16th May 2019 at Pune office. This was designed for Practice Directors, Practice managers, Delivery managers, Service delivery managers, Architects and Leads and with a strength of twenty-five associates. Unlike the typical training sessions, this one was very uniquely conducted by the trainer, where the attendees had a fun learning time. Below is a picture of the same:
Soft Skills Training at AST India Soft skills or interpersonal skills classroom training programs were organized for four batches at Pune office, in the month of April 2019. Each batch was designed for two working days-Monday and Tuesday, with maximum of twenty-five associates. These sessions were aimed to enhance: Effective communication Ability to work in a Team Problem solving skills Leadership Skills Strong work ethics The program was designed for employees at all levels/grades. Needless to say, the session was very informative & interactive, and the attendees had a fun learning time. Below is a picture of the same:
Team Party at AST India with Mr. Pravin Kumar… Team India enjoyed a rocking party on 17th May 2019, on the occasion of our CEO-Mr. Pravin Kumar’s visit to India. It started with a short but entertaining dance performance by a group of trainees, which eventually involved all the people around to indulge in the fun 😊. It was indeed a great celebration, with everyone dancing on the tunes of stunning music, which was followed by dinner & drinks...captured below is a fun moment of the celebration 😊
