Secret Santa at AST India Office AST Offshore team played Secret Santa for 11 days starting from 6th Dec’18 to 19th Dec’18. Secret Santa is a Christmas tradition. It’s mystery. It’s excitement. It’s the joy of knowing someone is thinking about you. It’s the thrill of opening something but, more than that, the magic of connection. Employees draw random names to become someone’s Secret Santa. The Secret Santa is given a wish list of gift ideas to choose from to give to their chosen Snowflake(Giftee). After opening their present, the Snowflake has to guess their Secret Santa was. It’s a holiday classic where the guessing is as much a part of the fun as receiving the gift. We celebrated Secret Santa on 21st Dec’18. Total 60 employees participated in this fun event and made it a huge success.
AST India team ends 2018 with a trek to Sinhagad Fort!!! AST India planned to end 2018 on a high with a trek to Sinhagad Fort. Sinhagad is a hill fortress located at around 36 km southwest of Pune. The fort is situated on a hill about 1312 meters above sea level and is opined to be built more than 2000 years ago. With a rich history and a ground for multiple battles, the excitement and enthusiasm for the trek was difficult to hold. The trip started from our Pune Office and we reached the trek starting point by 6 AM. The ASTians were ready for the challenge and showed great team work while trekking up the fort. The team had lunch after reaching the fort and had a great time soaking in the mesmerizing view from the hill top.
AST India goes rafting for some adrenaline rush !!! The offshore team at AST recently planned a day long, high adrenaline offsite comprising of Rafting and water sports. The activity was planned at the Kundalika river in Kolad, nearly 120 kms from our Pune office. With nearly 80+ participants, we departed from office at 5 AM. The rafting was a Grade 2/3 adventure with about 10 rapids spanning nearly 4 hours. We took to our rafts post a 30 minutes safety briefing. While many were rafting for the first time, the initial anxiety levels were high. However, with a few rapids gone by, everyone was much settled. After a mammoth 4 hour effort, lunch followed and then spent some time playing volleyball, riding an ATV etc. The team reached Pune late in the evening.

AST has officially moved! On Monday, December 10, AST officially opened the doors of its new global headquarters in Lisle, Illinois. Employees packed up their offices in Naperville and settled into our new home at 4343 Commerce Court in Lisle, which includes upgraded workspaces, more collaborative conference rooms, a host of technology upgrades, and a beautiful view of the Lisle/Naperville area, to name a few. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQOMd
