On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Monali, a Calsoft team member, writes, “I have faced many barriers during my life, and one of the biggest ones was my fear of driving. But I wanted to travel and get things done, so I pushed past my fear and made a conscious effort to start driving.” She added, “Learning how to drive gave me self-confidence, and taught me how to handle unforeseen situations. We always look for a male to do these things, but I pushed my fears away and became a more confident person as a result. I am sure that women like me can achieve much more and excel at whatever they have dreamt of!”
