150+ blankets distributed. 100+ kg of clothes donated. 57+ volunteer hours. Across Mumbai, Pondicherry, and Trichy, our #SourceOfGood champions led the Winter Outreach Initiative, distributing employee-contributed new blankets to people living on the streets and outside hospitals, offering much-needed warmth during cold winter nights. In parallel, colleagues from Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad supported the Winter Clothing Donation Drive, contributing winter wear to Goonj, one of India’s known NGOs, enabling dignified redistribution where it’s needed most. Together, our champions turned compassion into meaningful impact, showing what purpose in action truly looks like.

The acquisition strategically strengthens our end-to-end clinical and utilization management capabilities, expands our footprint across the payer–provider networks, and further enhances our fully integrated and differentiated Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) offering for health plan clients. By combining TeleMedik’s clinical operations and strong delivery presence across Puerto Rico with Firstsource’s AI, automation, and generative AI capabilities, we are strengthening clinical care and utilization management across the U.S., including Puerto Rico.
