We recognize the importance of ingraining #sustainability into our everyday life, no matter how small they may be. Since 2017, the admin team from Flex India (GBS) has been producing organic compost on company grounds using food waste (e.g., coffee grounds and leftover fruit) and in the last 5 years, they have churned out 7,300 kg of sustainable compost. They are sharing these compost with interested employees and social agencies for free. What is considered waste can often be turned into something useful or even nourishing! What a thoughtful initiative from our Flex Family in India.

Tetyana Buhera, Director, Global Account Management, delivers on her customer commitments, while also leading record-breaking aid initiatives for Ukraine, all from Cork, Ireland. When Tetyana saw the opportunity to apply her career skills to a logistical challenge, getting aid to the people of Ukraine, she jumped into action. To this day, she's helping deliver 1 to 2 trucks of aid every month. Her impact is inspiring and speaks to the incredible efforts of our people at Flex.
