Celebrating International Womens Day , Flex way! GBS Chennai TA team organised a Reconnect Session for ex-Flex female employees on March 11th and 27 women who left Flex and are on career break, for personal, family and medical reasons were invited for this event to participate. The event was addressed by Rajini Sriraman,VP HR - Esskay Structures who spoke to the group about the importance of finding a partner of choice and having an eye on the future.
