Curio Club is a space for Huron employees in India to explore books, films, storytelling, and open conversations that spark curiosity and creativity. The club hosts monthly meetups — both virtual and in-person — welcoming everyone. Through shared stories and thoughtful themes, Curio Club fosters meaningful connections across our teams. We recently kicked off this brand-new initiative with more than 65 participants and 10+ passionate storytellers, celebrating storytelling in all its forms. From personal to professional, and everything in between, we created a space to pause, listen, and share. The event was filled with heartfelt and thought-provoking moments that had us laughing, reflecting, and connecting. This is just the beginning!

Huron celebrated its 12th Day of Service on May 16, 2025. Around the globe, Team Huron came together with one goal: to make a positive impact in the communities where we live and work. Over 4,000 employees participated in 141 events globally from environmental clean-ups and packing care kits to mentoring and volunteering. Day of Service is a powerful reminder that the work we do outside of our daily roles builds connection, trust, and a shared sense of responsibility for the world around us. Thank you to all who participated—you embody the very spirit of Huron.

We are honored to share that Huron has been recognized by Consulting magazine in two firmwide categories for its diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programming and retaining female talent. The firmwide categories are new to the Consulting magazine Women Leaders in Consulting awards for 2023. Huron was recognized in the Retaining Female Talent category for its sponsorship program. Participants in the program are paired with senior leaders who support their professional growth, advocate for them, and help advance their careers. Huron was also honored in the DEI Initiative category for its Women in Leadership Summit, which provides its future women leaders an opportunity to enhance networking and professional and leadership development, improve retention, and building relationships with the firm’s senior leadership. Huron’s initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded in the company’s culture and core values. The firm’s longstanding dedication to DEI initiatives and retaining female talent has resulted in a vibrant workforce, where diverse voices play a crucial role in shaping the company’s culture. The rankings were announced during the Women Leaders in Consulting awards ceremony on Nov. 2, 2023.
We’re thrilled our commitment to LGBTQ+ equality and inclusion has been recognized by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation on its Corporate Equality Index. We celebrate this #Equality100 recognition and how we create a space where our people live our values and can bring their authentic selves to work each day. “Everyone has their own story and journey, and we embrace our people for who they are, nurturing a culture of belonging and empowering everyone to bring their authentic selves to work each day. This recognition is ultimately a testament to our people and how they live our values and foster an inclusive environment where individuality is celebrated and valued,” said Kristen Bruner, chief human resources officer of Huron.
