"To have everyone working with each other and collaborating with each other, it feels like we all bring each other to a higher level." - Mustafa Eyceoz, Senior Research Engineer in Red Hat's AI innovation team Mustafa, a former undergraduate Red Hat intern, attributes much of his success to his love of video games. His passion for both computer science and philosophy led him to AI, then natural language processing, and now language model research and development. "At Red Hat, the talk about openness, freedom, and innovation is not just for show–these values are lived. It makes a very vibrant working environment with a lot of personal autonomy. If I see something that can be improved or enhanced, I can take the initiative to drive the changes I want. I’ve used it to initiate and lead several diversity, equity, and inclusion projects, working to improve how we hire diverse candidates for Red Hat Consulting, and the equality of health and other benefits." - Natasha G., Manager of Consulting Services, United Kingdom #LifeAtRedHat

Trusted, consistent, comprehensive: That's what you demand from an operating system that's powering safety, security, and reliability for the National Nuclear Security Administration. For 20+ years, Red Hat has worked with Lawrence Livermore Labs and now we're extending the world's leading enterprise Linux platform to what will soon be the world’s fastest exascale supercomputer. #RHSummit
We're building an AI engineering team! Red Hat's OpenShift AI team is making their mark in an industry that is in the middle of a rapid evolution. They’re solving complex problems, innovating in new ways and making a tangible impact on users and businesses by helping them solve one of their biggest artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) headaches - deploying AI/ML in their business in a way that’s safer, more secure and adds value. We sat down with Engineering Director, Catherine Weeks, to dive into what the team is working on and the exciting open roles they have available.
