      Pros

      • Since CNX Mauritius is always hiring because of its high turnover, it’s an easy place to get firsthand experience if you have none to begin with. • The salary is not bad, especially considering you’ll probably end up visiting specialists after actually working there.

      Cons

      • Game of thrones among operations. Every campaign is run by toxic operations team members, from senior managers to SMEs. This is the most toxic workplace I’ve ever stepped into. The only skill that truly matters is pleasing the right people, being in the right circle. • The Senior Manager will use your health and your strength until you’re completely burned out. And the moment you get sick or can’t keep up anymore, he’ll drain whatever’s left of you and fire you without a second thought. • Absorbed the workload of four to five good-for-nothing team leaders under a single salary, only to be dismissed and undermined by a senior project manager whose ego is bigger than his head. The moment you establish boundaries and clarify that certain tasks fall outside your role, you’re conveniently labeled ‘underperforming’ and promptly pushed out of the company under various ‘pretexts.’ • Management has no real ability to manage people. They act like dictator, corporate clowns, and 99.9% of employees quit because of operations and HR inability to take proper action, not the job in itself. • The least deserving people & the most toxic are promoted to Team Leaders, SME’s, Senior Team leader, managers, without knowing how to do the actual tasks. Promotion tests get sabotaged, answers are circulated beforehand, and growth depends entirely on staying on operations’ good side. HR ? Never sees anything bad happening when it comes to senior operations. • Senior leadership, with a special shout-out to the Moroccans, who are sinking the business through arrogance and poor decisions. Employees are treated as disposable despite the fake “we are family” narrative. A very toxic one. Values and integrity are just words; their real talent is crushing people, promoting favorites, and doesn’t care if their toxicity is making employees quit, drowning the project along the way, as long as their pockets are filled, villas are allocated to them, they good. • Those who flatter operations get promoted, while honest and hardworking employees are sidelined, sabotaged, and pushed into emotional and mental breakdowns until they quit. Some are even fired without proper evidence because operations and HR treat their own word as fact. The structure is corrupt and completely lacking humanity. • The site director talks a big game but seems as if she’s unaware of the toxicity operations fosters, which is not the case at all. She also clearly has a favorite, someone who gets every promotion, despite every project he touches inevitably shuts down. Truly impressive talent. • Micromanagement to the finest level. RTA’s interfering in Team leaders work, spending more time bossing people around than doing their own job. They act like HR, deciding who should get fired with their favorite team leader. Employees left and will continue to leave because of their toxic behavior, not because they’re bad at doing their jobs. • Dirty building and washrooms. Over time, leadership’s character has grown just as filthy. Not only is the place old, it feels like a mental asylum thanks to the behavior of senior operations & management.

      No transparency during merger/acquisition

      Hr-ops
      Former employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

If employed, you collect a paycheck.

      Cons

Throughout the entire merger/acquisition of Webhelp into Concentrix (CNX] in the USA, CNX did not provide any regular cadence of communication to any Webhelp employee below a VP title. Even this information was limited and not regular. This made it very difficult for the actual Webhelp employees working on projects and initiatives to understand what was happening in the organization, or what would happen to their position upon the merger completion. When meetings were held, CNX managers were indifferent to Webhelp leaders and employees and insensitive to their pending employment separations. The leadership has laid almost all Webhelp people off now, so many without notice and/or without any form of severance. They appear to be indifferent to their employees, though they've adopted the model 'Think Human'.

      Pros

Supportive colleagues make collaboration easy and enjoyable Strong teamwork and a welcoming environment

      Cons

The offer letter includes a clearly structured redundancy clause that is structurally sound and compliant with statutory labor regulations, ensuring adherence to minimum legal entitlements. The clause is strictly limited to baseline statutory requirements, offering no additional protections or discretionary enhancements. Employees exceeding the specified threshold may be subject to termination without significant compensation, irrespective of their tenure or contributions. While this approach is legally permissible, it reflects a minimalist compliance posture devoid of equitable or compassionate considerations.

Clocking off after your overwhelming shift.

      Cons

Every minute of your day is scrutinised. They add up every minute you go to toilet and if late back from breaks. You have to get in 20 mins early to log into a nightmare system. Then if your late logging on you have to work the minutes back or loose pay. So they try everything possible to avoid paying you . You also have to take calls right upto your finished time and end up on a call which becomes unpaid overtime. The two weeks classroom work is a joke you learn nothing. Impossible to get holidays agreed by management. They change your days off and start times without any notice. You will also be rota in for all bank holidays including Christmas.

Serious Concerns About Privacy and Security – Locker Management Issues

      Cons

I would like to express my concerns regarding the company’s emphasis on "privacy and security," which appears inconsistent with actual practices, particularly in the management of employee lockers. The current system seems disorganized, and the insufficient number of lockers has led some employees to use unassigned ones temporarily. However, even in such situations, proper protocols should be followed—such as verifying locker ownership through internal communication—before accessing or relocating personal belongings. Unfortunately, my locked locker was cut open without authorization, and items inside were removed without any accountability. If a secured locker cannot protect employees' personal belongings, how can we trust the company to safeguard more sensitive data and privacy? Additionally, if valuable items are stored in lockers and such incidents occur, who is responsible? Are there clear policies to address these situations? Unauthorized access to personal property raises serious concerns about respect for employee privacy and security. This issue reflects a broader problem: the company’s lack of effective security measures and awareness. Rather than merely advocating for "privacy security," the company should take tangible steps—such as providing adequate lockers and implementing clear management procedures—to ensure a truly secure work environment. The company mandates privacy and security policies, yet offers no protection for employees' belongings stored in lockers, since anyone can cut off the lock and move away the stuff in the locker in unauthorized and no way to claim back
