What is the salary like at Extra Space Storage?

Can only take Saturday off if you have PTO, crazy customers, not enough paid holidays

Holiday entitlement for your first year is terrible compared to most other companies. It really should be a little more generous.

The advertised work life balance is more for people without children. 9:30-6 is right in the middle of the day to where you don’t have time for anything in the morning or in the evening…

The pay is good compared to other jobs in my area. Extra Space acknowledges your hard work and finds ways to reward you for it. For me, a quick promotion. I appreciate how they monitor your success and always congratulate you on your wins. This company likes to hire from within, so if you do a good job you can most definitely advance. I am truly happy to come to work and I love the variety in the day-to-day operations. You work in the office and out on the property, which is so great for someone who doesn't want to be at the desk for the full day.

Working Saturdays and working until 6 pm. Although, you can alter your schedule or request PTO if you need a Saturday off :)

Working here with extra space storage I think it’s lovely to see everyone and new faces I believe in different places and facilities in different areas of. Extra space storage is Amazing how everyone seeks help and is helpful and loves working together with others and getting along while doing so in the work industry Also the pay is good. I think for. The job properly. I think con’s would be how some people may not want to work together and. Doesn’t do the job right and loves to ramble off about. How there day is going instead of getting the job done when. The job is needed to get done at. Certain time. Period and love conversation but. Not. Focusing on. The job they have infront of them when the jobs is desirable to get done and. Is lazy and slacking on what needs to be done instead not doing what they have to in extra space storage So I believe.
